Welcome to my page! My name is Anastasia Shmidt, and I was born in Ukraine. When I was 10, my family moved to Israel, and for the last 3 years, I am a digital nomad - working remotely while traveling the world.
As a life coach, therapist, and mentor, I specialize in transformation processes. I offer private sessions where I work with my clients one-on-one to help them achieve personal growth. I also conduct group processes in the form of mastermind groups.
But my signature offering is my transformation processes, which include the Leela game and Matrix of Destiny process.
I believe that every person is capable of living a happy and balanced life. Sometimes, we lose our connection to ourselves, which can lead to feelings of unhappiness and a lack of inspiration.

Consultations:
I offer coaching and psychology consultation services that are tailored to meet your individual needs. Using a combination of coaching and psychology methods, I provide personalized sessions that will help you achieve your goals and overcome any obstacles that are holding you back.
All of my sessions take place over Zoom, so you can participate in them from the comfort of your own home or office. Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the price is 72$.
Transformation Process "Leela":
Leela is an intensive transformation process that helps you understand what really happens in your life. It involves an old Indian board game that is similar to "ladders and snakes," but each cell has a deep interpretation to help you see your life from a different perspective. This process can help you understand what is holding you back and what will move you forward.
The session is around 3 hours, and the price is 120$.
Matrix of Destiny:
The Matrix Method is a unique process that creates a personalized map based on your date of birth and 22 energies. It's similar to a numerological or astrological map, but it uses a different approach. With this process, you'll learn about yourself and understand your potential, helping you discover your strengths and areas for growth.
Each session is 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the price is 100 $.
Diary "I create my reality"
Two years ago, I was in Bali for seven months, and I ran out of my personal diary where I used to write about my experiences, tasks, and important points for myself. Since I loved writing and diaries, I went searching for a new one on the Indonesian island, but I couldn't find one that opens on the right in Hebrew, which is what I prefer. So, I decided to create my own diary that included coaching exercises, affirmations, a meditation journal, and questions that develop consciousness. I put a lot of love into this diary, and it took me a few months to design it. Two years later, I found a printing house that met my requirements and could ship almost anywhere in the world.
